AKUCELL® grades maintain their excellent properties after sterilization. In the following recipe, a concentration of only 0.35% of AKUCELL AF 2785 is needed to improve texture and temperature stability

· Akucell® AF 2785 0.4


AKUCELL should be mixed with all the dry components before adding to the water.

The addition of AKUCELL AF 2785 to this type of product provides:

  • improves 'mouth feel'
  • adds body texture (thickens)
  • suspends solids
  • improves temperature stability
