Yogurt drinks

AKUCELL® AF 2085, especially developed for yogurt drinks, has been approved by the dairy industry after extensive laboratory testing on production scale trials. The molecular weight distribution of this grade in particular plays an important role in establishing good stabilizing properties. The composition of industrial batches is as follows:

The AKUCELL should be dispersed in the syrup to ease dissolution. In this way agitation can be kept low. As a stabilizer, AKUCELL provides a yogurt drink with:
  • aids in rapid hydration
  • excellent stability
  • better impact of qualities like texture and flavor
  • an overall performance that meets the high demands of the market and reduced costs
